Tongtong Hao received her PHD from University of Toronto and previously served as an Assistant Professor at Sun Yat-sen University. Her research focuses on resource misallocation and inequality, with a particular emphasis on China's economic growth and total factor productivity. Using spatial general equilibrium models, her work examines the distribution, evolution, and causes of factor market barriers across industries and regions, providing theoretical support for China's high-quality development strategy.
